Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the Offer Maker app. They are an agreement between you and Ariogi FZCO, Premises 47837-001, IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA licence no. 47837), which runs VouchLot and Offer Maker. By using the website or the app, you agree to them.
1. Using Offer Maker
- Offer Maker turns your photos and words into an offer sheet and a message. It does not need an account; it works with a random ID for your phone (see the Privacy policy).
- The free plan includes 10 offers a month. Every phone, free or Pro, has a fair-use limit of 50 offers a day, and limits on how often a message can be rewritten, so the service stays fast for everyone.
- The AI reads your words and photos, and it can make mistakes. Check every sheet and message before you send it. You are responsible for what you send to your buyers.
- If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement differ on your use of the app, Apple's agreement applies to that point.
2. Offer Maker Pro
- Pro is a yearly subscription, US$49 a year in the United States. The price in your country is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial turns into the paid yearly plan and payment is taken from your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- The subscription renews every year until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your Apple ID settings on iPhone, iPad or Mac, or under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- A Pro owner can add up to 4 team members, who use Pro while the owner's subscription is active. The owner is responsible for who is in their team.
3. Your content
- Your photos, words, logo and offers stay yours.
- You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the app: to read the deal, make the sheet and message, and store team offers for your team.
- Only add photos, logos and details you have the right to use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or the app to:
- offer goods that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or that you have no right to sell;
- mislead buyers about goods, quantities, condition or prices;
- break the law, including sanctions and export rules;
- copy, scrape or overload the service, call our server other than through the app, get around its limits, or try to reach other people's data.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Trades between users
VouchLot and Offer Maker help traders present and share offers. Ariogi FZCO is not a party to any trade between users: we do not buy, sell, hold or ship the goods, and we are not responsible for the goods, payments or deliveries agreed between buyers and sellers. Any status or check shown on VouchLot is a record of checks done and past dealings, not a guarantee.
6. The service as it is
We work to keep the website and app running well, but we provide them as they are and as available, without promises that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, Ariogi FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost deals arising from use of the website or app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
