Privacy policy
Offer Maker and this website are run by Ariogi FZCO, Premises 47837-001, IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (IFZA licence no. 47837). This page explains what information the Offer Maker app uses, why, and what you can do about it.
What the app sends, and why
- Your photos and words, to read the deal. When you tap Make offer, the photos and words you added go to our server, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude API. Claude reads them and writes the offer details and the message. We do not keep these photos or words on our server after the answer comes back, unless you are in a team (see below).
- Changing the message. If you ask for the message in another language, the offer details (not the photos) go to Claude the same way to write it again.
- Speaking the deal. When you hold the microphone, your phone turns your speech into text. Where it can, this happens on the phone itself; otherwise the phone's own speech service does it (Apple on iPhone, Google on Android). Only the text appears in the deal box. We never receive or keep the sound.
- A random ID for your phone. The app makes a random ID when it is first opened. It is not your name, number or email. We use it to count your offers (the free monthly limit and the daily fair-use limit), to check whether you have Pro, and to link you to a team.
- Abuse protection. To stop the service being flooded, our server counts requests per internet connection each hour. It stores only a scrambled (hashed) form of the address, never the address itself, and deletes the counts after 48 hours.
- Teams. If you join or start a team, the offers you send are stored on our servers at Cloudflare so the team owner can see them: the photos, the details, the message, the date and your name in the team. If the owner adds a cost to their own offers, it is stored too and only the owner can see it. Members' costs are never sent. The owner's company name, WhatsApp number, VouchLot name and logo are stored so they can print on members' sheets.
- Purchases. Pro is bought through Apple (App Store) or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether your phone's ID has an active Pro subscription. We never see your card details or your Apple or Google account.
What stays on your phone
Your saved offers, your settings, your company details and your logo are kept on your phone. Nothing from your history leaves the phone unless you are in a team.
What we never do
- No ads, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Your cost is never printed on a sheet, never put in a message and never put in a file name.
Who handles it for us
- Anthropic: reads the photos and words to write the offer (Claude API).
- Cloudflare: runs our server and stores team offers and images.
- RevenueCat: checks subscription status.
- Apple and Google: take payment for Pro and, where the phone cannot do it alone, turn speech into text.
How long we keep it
- Photos and words sent to read a deal: not kept on our server once the answer is back.
- Offer counts: kept for your phone's ID until you delete your data.
- Hashed connection counts: deleted after 48 hours.
- Team offers and images: kept until the offer is replaced, the team is deleted, or you delete your data.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings → Delete my data. That removes everything on your phone and everything we hold for your phone's ID on our server. If you own a team, the team and its offers are deleted too. You can also email [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings on iPhone, iPad or Mac, or under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play on Android.
Children
Offer Maker is a business tool and is not meant for children.
Changes
If we change what the app does with your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
